Beloved husband of Emillie G. (Kannengisser) Arbutina for 68 years; loving father of Gloria (John) Campbell and Samuel John (Marianne) Arbutina; cherished grandfather of Jordan Campbell, Kristin and Emily Arbutina. Preceded in death by his parents, Peter & Anljelija Arbutina; brothers, George "Spike" and Nick Arbutina; and sister, Helen Kukic; nephew, Theodore Kukic; brother-in-law, John Kannengisser and Joseph Hirko; brother-in-law of Henry and Verbana VanDyke; uncle of Jeffrey and John Van Dyke, Francis Kukic, Kathleen Beckman. Sam is also survived by Scott and Michael Van Dyke, Ruth Hirko and their families.
Sam was retired from Emerson Electric and was a World War II Army Veteran [818th TD Company A].
